Roy was an excellent instructor for the CPR course. He explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood each step before moving on. The class was well organized and he finished all the material on time without rushing. He also made sure we practiced the skills, which really helped build confidence in performing CPR and other first aid techniques. The learning environment was clean, comfortable, and very supportive. Overall, it was a great class and I feel much more confident because of Roy’s teaching.
