I had a great experience with this first aid course. The trainer communicated very clearly and made everything easy to understand, even complex topics. Their teaching style was engaging, patient, and supportive, which made it comfortable to ask questions and learn confidently. The course is really easy to follow, the theories and the studies are well drafted and make it easy to comprehend the information given. The practical part is great and gives you lots of different scenarios to go through and think of in terms of CPR First Aid. Really great overall course and really happy and more confident about CPR First Aid.

Roy was an excellent instructor for the CPR course. He explained everything very clearly and made sure we understood each step before moving on. The class was well organized and he finished all the material on time without rushing. He also made sure we practiced the skills, which really helped build confidence in performing CPR and other first aid techniques. The learning environment was clean, comfortable, and very supportive. Overall, it was a great class and I feel much more confident because of Roy’s teaching.
