It was overall good learning experience, the tutor is knowledgeable about what he is talking, meanwhile engaging with students with questions, and brainstorming about the scenarios what he provides us. Also there is good hands on training with manikins, also engaging with your partner sitting next to you.

Great instructor and learned a lot in one day. Roy answered all my questions, he made sure everyone in class understood the course material and gave us many demonstrations. He’s very chill, welcoming and relaxed. The prices for the class are also insanely amazing. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs their Standard First Aid and CPR certification.

The training was very good and easy to understand. The instructor explained the lessons clearly. First we listened to the lecture then we practiced the skills right away. This helped us remember what to do because we used the information while it was still fresh.
The training was interactive and the instructions were simple to follow. A bigger room would be better for future sessions but I understand that this was only a temporary location.
Overall I am happy with the training and with the instructor.

I had a great experience with this first aid course. The trainer communicated very clearly and made everything easy to understand, even complex topics. The course is really easy to follow, the theories and the studies are well drafted and make it easy to comprehend the information given. The practical part is great and gives you lots of different scenarios to go through and think of in terms of CPR First Aid. Really great overall course and really happy and more confident about CPR First Aid.
