Quality course instructor knowledgeable about materials, speaks soft at time miss what he says. However, no ice breaker to get to know classmates. Also hardest BLS course I ever took, silent test most others courses have ask questions feel free to collaborate. Only course where my compressions were measured to pass the course. Good prep if you want to take ACLS

I’ve been taking bls courses for over 30 years and it was my 1st time taking it here in Canada.I used to have a very strict and terror instructor back in the previous country where I worked but I am very happy that I took it here with Mr. Roy in CPRinLondon. He is friendly and approachable. Everything is clear and understandable. I really enjoyed the class today and highly recommend it.

Excellent course to take and good to have knowledge even if you never have to use it. Better to know what to do, than not know anything at all and lose critical time on life saving procedures. Instructor was great and pointed out key details in the practical assignments.

I thoroughly enjoyed my training for first aid, bls, and AED. Although, I have taken this course with other companies, my instructor Roy was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that you understood what you were doing and why it was important. I felt confident in my skills when leaving. Would absolutely recommend this course at this location and plan on doing my recertification here. Thank you for the education and also for helping with all questions regarding which courses I need and guidance throughout the course itself.

Good instructor, but the in class videos where hard to understand in my opinion. It would help if subtitles are included so students could follow along more easily. However, we got to practice afterwards and got clarification if what we where doing was right or not. 🙂
