The training was very good and easy to understand. The instructor explained the lessons clearly. First we listened to the lecture then we practiced the skills right away. This helped us remember what to do because we used the information while it was still fresh.
The training was interactive and the instructions were simple to follow. A bigger room would be better for future sessions but I understand that this was only a temporary location.
Overall I am happy with the training and with the instructor.
